Meet Rachel Fogarty, DDS
Meet Dr. Fogarty
Dr. Fogarty moved to Texas at the young age of thirteen years old from Limerick, Ireland. She grew up in Round Rock and attended Westwood High School. After high school, she became a first-generation Aggie, attending Texas A&M University for her undergraduate studies, and continued on to Texas A&M College of Dentistry for dental school. Dr. Fogarty values continuing education and encourages constant learning in the field. She graduated top of her class in dental school, and was inducted into the prestigious dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Her desire to do the best for her patients led her to complete a postgraduate residency, earning a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. There, she learned more about cosmetic dentistry, digital density, implant placement, implant restorations, advanced surgical techniques, and more complex treatment options.
Dr. Fogarty had an interest in dentistry at an early age. She became even more drawn to the field because of the relationships that can be created with people. She is passionate about working with patients and providing them with treatment options that are most suited to their individual needs. She aspires to make every patient feel as comfortable as possible and to enjoy coming to visit the dentist. She is a member of the American Academy of Dentistry, the Texas Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
When she is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Conor. The two got married on the West Coast of Ireland in 2018 near the Cliffs of Moher (the couple’s favorite place!). With Conor also being from Ireland, they enjoy traveling back to visit with family. Dr. Fogarty loves to spend time outside, one of the reasons she will never leave Texas! Her hobbies include skiing, running Town Lake, and attempting to cook. She could not be more excited to be working alongside everyone at Round Rock Dental Group and is honored to be back in Round Rock to serve the community she considers home.
