General Manager

Nikki Harvey, RDA

After graduating from Georgetown High School and receiving her associates at Blinn College, Nikki was hired by Round Rock Dental Group in July 1993. Starting out in administrative within a few months she received her RDA license and switched to clinical becoming Dr. Murphy’s primary assistant. In January 2013 she became lead clinical instructor for VIP dental assisting school. December of 2015 Nikki was trained on E4D/Planmeca software for CAD CAM dentistry where she learned to scan, design, & mill same day crowns. The following July she became certified thru Planmeca in digital dentistry and learned a variety of dental software. In July of 2019, Nikki switched positions from being Dr. Murphy’s primary assistant to Clinical Director where she wears many hats from ordering supplies, managing schedules for doctors and hygienists, hiring clinical staff,

handling most IT issues, and accounts payable all while still designing crowns.

Nikki is passionate about helping others and was Capital Area Dental Foundation’s volunteer of year along with Dr. Murphy in 2019 for leading and volunteering her services for Community Dental Days. She is also a member of Daughters of American Revolution. She is a proud mother of two daughters and just recently had her first granddaughter. She spends her time outside of work traveling, running, participating in any water activities, planning events, and hanging out with family & friends.

Hygiene Director

Devann Muston, RDH

After graduating from Stony Point High School in 2008, Devann went on to graduate from Austin Dental Assisting school in 2011. She worked as a registered dental assistant for over 4 years while pursuing her education in Dental Hygiene. She graduated Temple College Dental Hygiene School in 2018 and immediately began working as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Round Rock Dental Group. She became Director of Dental Hygiene here at Round Rock Dental Group in early 2021. Devann is passionate about her profession and loves volunteering with The Capital Area Dental Foundation. She enjoys developing lasting relationships with her patients and strives to provide quality care and personalized attention. She takes pride in her work and is always available for questions or concerns that patients or staff may have.

Outside of work, Devann enjoys spending time with her husband, Brandon, and dog Cash, seeing live music, and visiting with family and friends.
